Finca La Machota, outstanding natural beauty.

Located on the mountain slope of  Las Machotas in Peralejo, El Escorial.

It consists of a main house, large shed and a swimming pool, all of it inside an hectare  garden with ash and chestnut trees. All of this situated on an extension of land of 50 hectares.

The main house is designed as an old train station and decorated with vintage furniture. 

Inside the central building two  floors can be found, each one with an extension of 150 m2.  The first floor is diaphanous with an open kitchen and a french chimney. A toilet and a washing machine room are also located on this floor. The second floor has one central room surrounded by 4 large rooms and 2 toilets. the style of the house is eclectic and vintage

The exterior of the house is of granite with the window lintels made of brick, resembling the typical style of Madrid. The swimming pool has a salt scrubber.

The warehouse has a hall of 100m2 with an office and a attached apartment with 2 rooms. Two bathrooms.  Accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The construction has 2 bathrooms, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility. The rooms are double and a door separates them from the main hall.

The warehouse is also heated. the highest point of the warehouse is 5 meters and the lowest 3 meters.

Place for working and entertainment

The hall is multifunctional, it can be used for celebrations with a capacity for 80 persons approximately, shooting set, dance floor, place to do workshops… a spacious place to gather.

Finca La Machota is found on a protected area due to natural interests. in the mountain range of Guadarrama. At the foot of The Machotas mountains, in Peralejo, El Escorial. 

Strolling through the land of Finca La Machota we can find local cows, horses and an hórreo held by columns. In spring there is a pond where all types of birds. 

Trekking to the top of the Machotas, the chestnut grove of Zarzalejo and the chair of Philip II.
